It is so easy to overindulge and find ourselves missing out on the joy of the season.

If this happens to you, here’s a very helpful blend for relieving abdominal cramps. The essential oils in this recipe are calming and work to effectively soothe spasms and cramping.

9 drops Bergamot 
3 drops Lavender
1 ounce Jojoba or another carrier 
To blend, add the drops of essential oil to the carrier,  gently shake the capped bottle or stir if not in a bottle.
Ahh, Relief
Once blended, massage on to tummy in a clockwise motion or better yet, have someone else massage your tummy.  Why clockwise you may ask, it moves the way your intestines work; this can help relax the abdomen, which, in turn, aids digestion.
