The Marjoram Sweet has a major effect on the CNS and basically tells the body to stay asleep. The Bergamot lowers your perception of pain and is also used for depression that comes with these issues.

Methods of Use:
Diffusing: diffuse in a steam or fan diffuser this at night to sleep or place a few drops on your pillow/sheets
Bathing: take a bath in this blend prior to sleep, place 6-8 drops into a handful of bath salts and 1-2 squirts of liquid soap to help the oils mix, run the bath first and then place the oil mixture into the bath water after the water is turned off. Soak for 15-30 minutes.
